The 1964-1965 basketball season was one of exciting and close games. Mr. Kline working with mostly new material, formed a fine all-around team. The proof of this is the record, which, although it is not impressive, shows the number of games which were decided by only a few points. Fine ball handling, coupled with desire and hustle, produced many exciting moments for Pottsville fans.

   Although the boys did not win any East Penn League games, they put their utmost effort in every game, and every Pottsville student can be proud of the fact that they at least tried. With a promising JV team, plus the experience the non-graduates of this year's varsity team gained. Mr. Kline can look forward to a rewarding season next year. To the 1965-1966 team go best wishes for a successful season.
